Our online training, blogs, and video tutorials are designed for your small business or organisation to learn digital media, technology, and online systems to improve your business.

What does it cost?

This training is FREE to all participants. There are no charges from ACCAN for your organisation to participate, but you will need your own computer and connection to the internet.


When you have completed any of the training modules, please complete our survey. You'll also be eligible for our Free Promotion Offer. Our training is here to help you, giving feedback means we can improve our material.

How do I start?

Pick a topic from the course list. You can proceed sequentially through the modules and complete the assessment; or you can skip to those areas you want to learn to get your business on track.

You can also watch our videos for ideas and tips from fellow small business owners.

Navigate through the course using the side-menu or you can proceed through each module using the arrows at the bottom of each page.

It's an initiative of the Australian Communications Consumer Action Network (ACCAN) and the federal Department of Industry Innovation and Science and aims to equip small business owners, organisations and clubs with the skills and knowledge to take advantage of digital technology in growing their business.
